Wedding Estimate
Welcome to our quoting form. Here are a few important points you should know:
Pricing: The pricing provided in the estimate is just that—an estimate. We commit to honoring the estimated pricing until the expiry date indicated. After that, prices may be subject to change, typically re-evaluated in the fall.
Customization: We are a custom florist, meaning we create unique arrangements tailored to each wedding. We do not offer pre-packaged deals because we believe your special day deserves individual attention.
Booking Process: Completion of this form does not constitute a booking. We will only confirm a booking after mutual agreement, receipt of a deposit, and signing of an estimate. Deposits required for booking are 25%.
Email Correspondence: Check your junk mail folder regularly, as occasionally our emails may end up there. Rest assured, we make every effort to respond promptly to all inquiries.
Delivery: Our delivery services can incur additional costs, so we recommend considering this option only for larger weddings where setup assistance is needed. Smaller weddings can save significantly by opting for self-pickup. We'll provide instructions for setup upon pickup.
Alternate Communication: If this form isn't suitable for you, feel free to email us your list and photos directly at jane@budgetblooms.ca.
Consultations: We conduct all communications and planning exclusively through email. Please ensure you are comfortable with this arrangement.
Specialization: We specialize in smaller weddings and do not provide services for large structures or installations.
